Understanding of B2B banking ecosystem, particularly in payments, FX, and digital account services.
Relationship management and negotiation skills with corporate and institutional clients.
Strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in pipeline management, sales reporting, and CRM tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of the regulatory and compliance landscape within European financial services (Maltese market knowledge is a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in business development, corporate banking, or fintech sales.
Background in a regulated financial institution, payments provider, or digital bank is preferred.
Familiarity with the European and/or Maltese financial services markets and relevant compliance frameworks.
