Join the Team at Lidion Bank!
At Lidion Bank, we blend traditional banking values with modern, innovative solutions. We are committed to providing comprehensive financial services across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on technology and digital advertising. The Product Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of Lidion Bank’s digital platforms.
If you’re the kind of person who likes being at the centre of how things work and you’re excited by the idea of building processes, not just following them, this is your chance to shape a function from scratch.
You’ll work closely with Product, Ops, IT, and external vendors to ensure our applications - from internet banking to APIs - run smoothly, releases are coordinated, and business users stay informed.
If you’re the kind of person who enjoys turning “we should document this” into a process, and “we should automate this” into a script - you’ll thrive here.
Primary Responsibilities:
Who This Role is Perfect For
Whether you aim to move into DevOps, Product Delivery, or a hybrid business-tech leadership path.
You might be:
• 🧑💻 An App Support specialist ready to grow into DevOps or environment management.
• 👩🔧 A Developer or QA engineer wanting to gain business and stakeholder exposure.
• 💡 A Product or Ops person who enjoys KTLO (keeping the lights on) and wants to shape how it’s done.
We don’t expect you to know everything - but we do expect you to care, learn fast, and take ownership.
Employee Centric Benefits at Lidion Bank
Lidion Bank's Employee-Centric Benefits Scheme provides a personalized annual package, encompassing gym memberships, parking, food plans, mobile expenses, various insurances, and travel. It also includes unique perks like hobby contributions, paid volunteer days, and pet care, all designed to offer meaningful benefits to every team member.
Work Flexibility
We believe that strong collaboration and team culture thrive through in-person interaction, and we remain an onsite-first organisation. At the same time, we recognise the importance of flexibility in today’s work environment.
Employees can request to work from home through our HR system , and such requests are generally supported where business needs allow. However, given the nature of our operations, onsite presence is required for key meetings, team activities, and other critical business needs. Flexibility is provided as a benefit, not as a fixed entitlement, and is balanced with the Bank’s commitment to maintaining a collaborative office-based culture.
A self-starter who figures things out, shapes them, and makes them better.
Curious about both the tech and the business - you care about why as much as how.
Organized and calm under pressure, with a bias for clarity and follow-through.
Thrive in small, fast-moving teams where your work creates visible impact.
Experienced in or around FinTech, banking, or SaaS, ideally across multiple systems or integrations.
Comfortable owning a space that’s still being built - and defining how it should run.
