Join the Team at Lidion Bank!

At Lidion, we blend traditional banking values with modern, innovative solutions. We are committed to providing comprehensive financial services across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on technology and digital advertising.

As a Product Manager you will own key roadmap initiatives that shape Lidion Bank’s digital banking and payment products, shaping innovative, client-focused and compliant solutions. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and regulation, driving initiatives that improve client experiences and business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead the product strategy and roadmap for digital banking, payments and platform initiatives, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Development, IT, Compliance, Operations, Client Relations, and external vendors) to deliver innovative solutions efficiently
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure products and initiatives meet regulatory and risk obligations, including PSD2, Instant Payment Regulations, AML/KYC, and other relevant frameworks
  • Analyse market trends, client feedback, and competitor offerings to inform strategy and prioritise high-impact initiatives
  • Drive data-informed decision-making, leveraging analytics and reporting tools to monitor product performance and optimise outcomes
  • Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation and continuous learning

Who This Role is Perfect For

This role is ideal for a seasoned product professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and regulated banking.

You might be:

🧑‍💻 A Senior Product Owner or Product Manager with experience shaping digital banking, fintech, or complex B2B products, ready to take ownership of multi-system initiatives.

👩‍💻 A Developer or technical lead who understands banking workflows and payments, and wants to influence product strategy beyond code.

📊 A Data-savvy Product or Business Intelligence lead who can turn insights into actionable product decisions and priorities.

💡 Someone who loves problem-solving in regulated environments, balancing speed, innovation, and compliance to deliver client-first outcomes.

We don’t expect you to know everything, but we do expect curiosity, commercial thinking, and a proactive approach - someone who can take complex problems and translate them into clear, executable product solutions.

Employees can request to work from home through our HR system , and such requests are generally supported where business needs allow. However, given the nature of our operations, onsite presence is required for key meetings, team activities, and other critical business needs. Flexibility is provided as a benefit, not as a fixed entitlement, and is balanced with the Bank’s commitment to maintaining a collaborative office-based culture.
