Join the Team at Lidion Bank!

At Lidion, we blend traditional banking values with modern, innovative solutions. We are seeking a professional and service-driven Client Relations Officer to join our Client Relations Department. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for corporate clients, supporting day-to-day relationship management, client servicing, account-related queries, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced banking environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, maintaining professional, positive, and long-term relationships through regular communication.

• Respond to client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

• Support clients with account servicing matters, documentation requests, onboarding follow-ups, and general banking-related queries.

• Liaise with internal departments, including Operations, Compliance, Payments, and other relevant teams, to ensure client requests are followed through efficiently and in line with internal procedures.

• Identify client needs and potential opportunities for additional banking services, escalating these to the appropriate internal stakeholders where relevant.

• Handle client issues and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex or sensitive matters to management as required.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requests, and follow-ups, ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of client information.

Work Flexibility

We believe that strong collaboration and team culture thrive through in-person interaction, and we remain an onsite-first organisation. At the same time, we recognise the importance of flexibility in today’s work environment.

Employees can request to work from home through our HR system , and such requests are generally supported where business needs allow. However, given the nature of our operations, onsite presence is required for key meetings, team activities, and other critical business needs. Flexibility is provided as a benefit, not as a fixed entitlement, and is balanced with the Bank’s commitment to maintaining a collaborative office-based culture.

  • Ability to work accurately, manage priorities, and follow through on client requests within agreed timeframes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build connections and trust with clients

  • High level of attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all client interactions

  • A team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently when required

  • Willingness to learn, develop banking knowledge, and adapt to changing client and business needs
