Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Compliance in the implementation and execution of the Bank's Compliance Monitoring Plan, including risk-based reviews, identification of emerging compliance risks and control weaknesses, and follow-up on remedial actions.

• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the Bank's operations, products and services.

• Draft, review and maintain compliance policies, procedures and guidance documents to ensure alignment with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate the preparation, submission and maintenance of regulatory filings, disclosures and regulatory correspondence, in accordance with the Bank's approval and sign-off arrangements.

• Support engagements, inspections and information requests from regulatory authorities.

• Maintain compliance records, registers and regulatory calendars, ensuring completeness, accuracy and auditability.

• Ensure appropriate documentation of compliance assessments, advice, decisions and follow-up actions.

• Coordinate and support internal audits, external audits, regulatory inspections and thematic reviews. Monitor and follow up on agreed remedial actions arising from audits, inspections and compliance reviews.

• Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day regulatory compliance queries and provide practical compliance guidance to the business and escalate complex or sensitive matters where appropriate.

• Deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives to promote understanding of regulatory obligations and internal policies.

• Support the promotion of a strong compliance and ethical culture across the Bank.

• Assist the Head of Compliance in the preparation of reports, management information and updates for senior management, management committees and the Board.

• Work collaboratively with the other Compliance Manager to ensure effective coordination, consistency and delivery across the Compliance Department.

• Provide appropriate coverage for the Head of Compliance and the other Compliance Manager within delegated authority and assigned responsibilities.

 • Support the development and mentoring of other members of the Compliance Department, where applicable.
